Printrovert prints each t-shirt after you order. Please read this before you buy.
This page covers returns, size exchanges, replacements, cancellations, and refunds for orders placed on printrovert.com.

Size & change of mind
Raise a request within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the courier.
The tee must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and odour-free, with original tags attached and in the original packing.
- We offer a size exchange first (one exchange per order line).
- We refund the product amount only if your required size is unavailable.
- ₹99 reverse shipping is deducted on size and change-of-mind returns.
- Original forward shipping and any COD fee are not refunded on size and change-of-mind returns.
Defects, damage, wrong or missing item
Message us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- we sent the wrong design, colour or size
- the print is defective (misprint, peeling on arrival, large placement error)
- the tee arrived damaged or stained
- an item is missing
Send your order number, clear photos of the issue, the size label and the packing slip. An unboxing video helps us replace it faster.
What we do: replace it first, and you pay nothing for return shipping. If you do not want a replacement, we give a full refund including shipping.
A genuine manufacturing defect is handled even after day 7 if the evidence supports it. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Include your order number, the reason, and photos (and an unboxing video if you have one).
We reply within 48 hours and tell you whether we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship.
Please do not send a parcel back until we confirm. Returns sent without our confirmation may not be refunded.
Exchanges vs refunds
For size issues, the default is an exchange, not a refund.
An exchange is a new print of the same design in the size we agree with you.
If that size cannot be printed, we refund the product amount.
Who pays return shipping
Our mistake
Wrong, defective, damaged or missing item: Printrovert pays. We arrange a reverse pickup where your pincode allows it. If pickup is not available, you self-ship and we reimburse the actual courier cost up to ₹99 against a receipt.
Your choice
Size or change of mind: you pay, either as the ₹99 deduction or by self-shipping at your own cost.
About pickups
Reverse pickup depends on your pincode. It can take a few days, because the tee goes back to our print partner, not to a local warehouse. We cannot promise next-day pickup.
Refund method & timeline
A refund starts only after the returned tee reaches our fulfilment partner and passes a quality check.
We aim to start your refund within 7 working days of approval.
- Prepaid (UPI, card, net banking or wallet used at checkout): back to the original payment method.
- COD: by UPI or bank transfer once you send your name and UPI ID or bank details. We will not force store credit on you for a defect.
Shipping and COD fees are refunded only when the fault is ours.
After we start a refund, your bank or UPI app can take another 3–5 working days to show it.
Cancellations
You can cancel for free until your order is accepted for print.
Once printing starts, the order cannot be cancelled. Use the return rules above after delivery.
We may cancel an order because of a payment failure, suspected fraud or an undeliverable address. If we do, we refund any amount we collected.
What we cannot accept
- Worn, washed or soiled tees
- Tags removed or packing missing
- Stains, perfume or odour
- Altered hems or cut labels
- Size or change-of-mind requests raised after 7 days
These do not apply to a verified manufacturing defect, or when we sent the wrong item.
Colour, print & fit
Colours on screen and in mockups can differ slightly from the printed fabric. That alone is not a defect.
Please check your size against the centimetre size chart on the product page. If the tee matches the published measurements, a request like “I usually wear M” is treated as a change of mind.
Refused delivery, wrong address & RTO
A COD order refused at the door is not a return. No refund is due.
If a prepaid order comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, or you were not available, we refund the product amount minus forward shipping.
We are not responsible for courier delays caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Sale & final-sale items
If a product page or checkout marks an item as Final sale, change-of-mind returns are not available.
Defects, wrong items and damage are still covered under “Defects, damage, wrong or missing item” above.
Repeat or high-return orders
If we see a pattern of unused returns or refused deliveries on an account, we may remove COD, require prepaid orders only, or decline future change-of-mind returns.
This never blocks a defect claim.
